Welcome to Spring Valley, Minnesota

Spring Valley is located on the western edge of Southeast Minnesota in Fillmore County where the prairies meet the bluffs, creating a diverse natural environment.  Located on two major Highways 63 & 16, the town is 30 minutes from either Austin or Rochester.

The City Hall is located in the Carnegie Building at 201 S. Broadway.  Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Phone 507-346-7367.

Spring Valley Fire Department has 23 Volunteer firefighters.  

Spring Valley Ambulance Service has 23 Volunteer EMT's.  

The Fillmore County Sheriff's Department has three full-time deputies working in the City of Spring Valley. Phone 507-346-2700; for Emergency call 911.

The City Council meets the 2nd Monday of every month at 6pm at the Carneige Building.
